   本ポリシーは、当社が提供する「2bs クラウド名刺」のサービスおよび関連するアプリケーション（以下「本サービス」といいます）をご利用される方（以下「利用者」といいます） の個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

   当社は、利用者が本サービスを利用するにあたり、以下の情報を取得し、利用する場合があります。 情報のご提供は利用者のご判断で行うものであり、当社が強要するものではありません。 ただし、情報をご提供いただけない場合は本サービスの一部または全部をご利用いただけない場合があります。

   • 氏名
   • メールアドレス
   • 生年月日
   • 本人画像または動画
   • 所属する組織の名称、住所、電話番号、FAX番号、法人番号、ホームページアドレス、メンバーの数、バナー画像
   • 所属する拠点の名称、住所、電話番号、FAX番号
   • 部署名
   • 役職名
   • 直通電話番号
   • 保有資格
   • 名刺交換（情報交換）した相手、交換位置情報
   • つながり数（名刺交換した人数）
   • 本サービスの利用履歴
   • 本サービスの利用状況に関する情報（端末情報、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、OSの種類、など、ご利用端末から自動送信される情報）。
   • 位置情報（位置情報を利用したサービスやサービスの最適化のために、利用者の端末から送信される位置情報を使用する場合があります。）
4. Purpose of use

   We will use the personal information we have obtained for the following purposes.

   • 利用者自身が指定し、登録した情報を、利用者が許可する相手に開示するため
   • 本サービスの円滑な提供を行うため
   • アカウント情報の信憑性を確認し、その精度を高めるため
   • ご本人確認のため
   • 本サービスの信頼性向上のため
   • 本サービス利用状況の分析と分析に基づく改良・改善を行うため
   • 本サービスに関する重要事項について利用者へ通知・連絡するため
   • （利用者の同意を得た上で）本サービスに関する通知および広告を行うため
   • 有料サービスを利用する人に対しては、料金の請求を行うため
   • セキュリティ対策のため
   • お問い合わせに対する回答・対応のため
5. Management of personal information

   In order to prevent leakage, loss, damage, falsification, or unauthorized access to the information we have obtained, we take appropriate measures to maintain our security system and management system, and implement other necessary security measures to protect and manage the information.

6. Outsourcing the handling of personal information

   We may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will conclude a basic contract and other necessary agreements regarding the entrustment of personal information, and will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of the entrusted party.

   当社が取得した以下の情報は、本サービスの利用者であれば誰でも閲覧することが可能です。 ただし、公開する情報の範囲を、利用者本人が本サービスにある機能の範囲内で制限設定することができます。

8. Provision of information to third parties

   The Company will not provide or disclose the acquired personal information to any third party, except in the following cases.

   • 利用者が公開制限していない名刺情報
   • 利用者の同意がある場合
   • When stipulated in the terms of use of this service
   • When required by law
9. Confirmation and correction
   • 管理者権限のある利用者は、本サービス内でいつでも登録した情報を閲覧し、訂正することができます。 管理者権限の無い利用者は、所属する組織の本サービス運用管理者にお問い合わせください。 また利用者は、当社所定の手続によって当社に提供した個人情報の開示、利用目的の確認、訂正を請求することができます。 ただし、当社に法律上の情報開示義務がない場合はこの限りではありません。
   • 前述のご請求の内、個人情報開示または利用目的の確認につきましては、1回のご請求につき、所定の手数料として1,080円（税込）をご負担いただきます。
10. Revision of this policy

    The Company may revise this policy as necessary. Customers are requested to check the latest version of this policy before using the service. The customer is always assumed to have agreed to the latest version of this policy.
