Can I transefer Admin Privilage to somebody else?
Only an Administrator will be able to transfer Admin Privilage to others.
A group is requierd to have one or more individuals with Admin Privilages.
It seems that the student has acquired a school account and is operating it.How should I transfer the admin privilage to School?

Can I scan paper bussines card?
There is no OCR function to scan paper business cards.
If the other party is not using 2bs, please recommend them to use the "temporary registration" of the 2bs.
How do I use the QR Code scanner?
There are no QR code scanning function in this service. Please use your QR code scanner app.
We recommend "Q" application developed by DENSO WAVE.
What is temporal registration
It is afunction that can record the e-mail address, name, organizaion name, etc. of the paper bussiness card received from the other party in 2bs.
If you register temporarily, you can send an invitation email to 2bs.
Can I register multiple phone numbers?
The following telephone numbers can be registered.
1.The phone numbers registered on the member details screen.
2.The home phone number registered in the Organisational Information.
3.The phone number of the office if you have added an ofiice.
If you habe not registered a phone number, it will be linked to the phone number of the office, and if you have not registered a phone number of that, it will be linked to the phoine number of the head office.
Can I upload video clips from my smart phone?
Yes.
You may upload videos under 8 MB and still images under 1 MB. Please set your camera and software settings and take pictures to fit within this range. For larger files, please upload them after modifying them to fit within the above size range.
The push notifications haven't come in a while.(iPhone Users)
The "Safari" browser may not yet support PWA * push notifications.
In this case, you can open the connection list to find the person waiting for confirmation.
How do I add 2bs on my Home Screen?(Android users)
On the Android version of Chrome, the 'Add to Home Screen' banner will appear after the second access, so please follow this guide to add it to your home screen. For other browsers, please check the functions and operating instructions of the browser you are using.
Do I have to log in every time?
Normally, you will be able to log in automatically from the second time.
However, this is only possible if you use the same browser,so you will need to log in each time you use a different browser.
Can I use this application with my tablet/ laptop pc?
Yes. However, you need a camera and a QR code reader app / software to read the QR code of the other party.
What is "PWA"?
PWA stands for Progressive Web Apps and is a system that allows websites for mobile devices to be used like regular applications (native apps).
As there is no need of installation like native apps, the loading time on the device is minimised.
2bs uses this technology to make the service easier and more comfortable to use.
Although it is still a new technology, many smartphone browsers, including Chrome for Android, are now supporting PWAs.
How do I register my URL?
Only users with admin Privilage can register and edit company/organisation URLs and banner images.
They can be registered and edited from the 'Organisation information' menu.
How do I downkoad the QR code image?
When you tap your own QR code displayed on the "MY business card" screen, the download screen will be displayed and you can download the image file (png).
What happens if an employee of the same company is already using it?
On the new registration procedure screen, you will see a message that your co-workers are already using 2bs.
It is possible to send an email to the administrator with a request to register for use by pressing the 'Send request' button.
If the administrator receives the email and approves the request, an account will be issued.

How do I delete my own account if I am the administrator of my organization?
We will assist you in transferring your administrator role to another member in your orgnization.
